Have you ever heard of Lean Coffee events? No, we're not talking about a new health food fad. Lean Coffee is an agile-style meeting where participants use the Kanban method to design and vote on the agenda of a discussion live and use the Pomodoro technique to have an efficiently run, democratic meeting where everyone gets a chance to discuss their topics. Our monthly Coffee Convos event follows this format and is the stuff project manager dreams are made of!
