The Beaufort Digital Corridor (BDC) is pleased to announce the hiring of Cory C. Cooper for the role of Cybersecurity Project Manager. Along with being a certified CISCO Networking and A+ instructor, Cory has a strong background in STEM education as both a teacher and prior school administrator.

"We were impressed with all the candidates that applied to the position," stated Stephen Murray, Mayor of Beaufort. "Cooper had a slight advantage given his teaching background and demonstrated ability to get students excited about tech."

Fun Fact: Cory (aka Mr. Cooper) coached the Lady's Island Middle School awarded winning Vex Robotics team and lead them to the state competition!
